We’re going down with Hairy Clam to beautiful Beaumont-sur-Lèze, south of Toulouse, for the hash he will hare on Sunday 15 June. As part of Lauragais, this village is situated in a region known as the “breadbasket of Languedoc” since the Middle Ages – what better location for an event defined by flour markings and grain-based libations?
